A photograph inside a home with a staircase of white steps and a metal railing. A figure seated on an orange cloth-covered seat at left wears a deep red-orange robe with gold border, a large red and yellow marigold garland and a long beaded mala, and is extending a white and orange flower garland toward a group of women. A woman in a pink blouse and cream-and-gold sari leans forward to receive it, and two women in white clothing with hands raised in gesture sit in front. Behind, a man in an orange-brown robe holds a camera, and an older man in a white shirt and a boy stand near the staircase. Whether the seated garland-giver is a person is uncertain from appearance alone.
