A photograph of an outdoor community kitchen under a tarpaulin roof on a sandy ground, with palm trees and a white building behind. Many women in pastel saris wear light green hairnets and sit on blue tarps chopping vegetables, with large steel pots, tomatoes in a metal bucket, and bags of food around them. A man in a saffron-orange robe stands at the right, holding an object, while other people in white clothes work in the background. Food preparation for mass feeding is in progress.

Palm trees and a hazy sky appear beyond the shelter.2012-01-04Outdoor food preparation under a blue tarpaulin canopy on bare ground beneath palm trees. A large heap of red tomatoes sits on a blue tarp in the foreground. Several women in colourful saris and pale green hair nets and caps are seated or standing, sorting and chopping vegetables into steel bowls and pots. Plastic crates, white rice sacks and large cooking vessels surround them, with vehicles and a few people visible in the background.
