Outdoor relief distribution on muddy ground. A man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala sits on an orange plastic chair, a green surgical-style cap on his head, holding a pen and a sheet while gesturing. Stacks of folded towels in teal, pink, purple and multicolour plastic wrap lie on the ground beside an open cardboard box. Another person in saffron stands nearby, and a man in white dhoti walks behind them. Plastic crates and a folding table sit at right, with a vehicle and onlookers in the background.
