Outdoor construction site on a dirt track beside a wire fence and green bushes. A man in a white shirt and white trousers with sunglasses stands at left, holding a black bag. Workers in white dhotis and white shirts, one in a yellow cloth over his shoulder and a white head wrap, push a blue-rimmed wheelbarrow. In the foreground a worker in a dark shirt and grey trousers bends to lay grey concrete blocks along a trench, while a young person in a blue sleeveless top scoops material with a shovel. Red earth and a pale wall of stacked blocks line the path.
