Night ceremony under a pale pink and white tent canopy strung with hanging decorative lanterns and colourful striped ribbon banners in orange, yellow, blue and green. Many men in white dhotis sit on a striped multicoloured floor mat facing a raised yellow stepped platform. Several bare-chested men in white dhotis stand on and around the platform, some seated and some standing near ornate golden seats and a decorated backdrop. Bright stage lights and small strings of lights illuminate the scene, and faint smoke rises from the left side of the hall.
