Night photo of a Ganesha puja at an altar decorated with a large silver-plated Ganesha murti and green palm fronds. A bare-chested man in an orange turban and orange dhoti holds a silver plate with a lit flame aloft in front of the murti, with a garland of white and red flowers hanging nearby. Beside him a second bare-chested man in an orange dhoti, with white forehead marks and a wooden rudraksha mala, presses his palms together in prayer. Brass oil lamps stand at left and smoke drifts through the scene. Two people are visible, plus a partly visible figure at the left edge.

A bare-chested priest in an orange-red waist cloth and orange head wrap holds a lit multi-wick oil lamp (aarti) in one hand and a small bell in the other, facing forward. Beside him a second man in orange cloth and rudraksha beads holds another lit lamp, and a third orange-clad figure stands at the left edge beside a tall brass lamp stand. Behind them is a large silver-and-gold ornamented arch framing a silver deity murti with a trident, and green palm fronds appear at the right. Smoke or haze hangs in the air. The three visible men wear saffron-orange garments with rudraksha malas and no shown swami-style crown or swept hair, so identity is uncertain and they are described by role.2017-08-25February 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copiesPhotograph inside a temple hall decorated with strings of fairy lights and a golden shrine backdrop. Two people in saffron-orange robes stand at the front: a figure at right holds a silver aarti lamp aloft with a flame, with white ash markings on the arms and chest and beaded necklaces, while a figure at left stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. Garlanded deity murtis of marigold and flower garlands sit in arched niches, and a row of small brass lamps lines the platform below. Lit oil lamps are visible in the foreground. This appears to be an aarti being offered at a shrine.2017-12-02May 10 20182018-05-10 +1 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copiesFebruary 17 20152015-02-17 +1 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copiesFebruary 19 20152015-02-19 +1 copies
