A photograph of a temple wedding ritual before a decorated deity murti. A person in a brown and gold-bordered dhoti and garland of white and red flowers, with gold bangles on the arm, holds a sacred thread toward the murti. The central silver-faced murti wears a gold crown, an orange cloth headpiece, a jewelled necklace, a red and gold sari-style garment, and is surrounded by bands of red roses, yellow marigolds and green leaves. A second silver deity figure with a gold crown stands at right in teal and silver clothing. Behind them, a priest in white dhoti and shawl with a shaved head and folded hands stands near the garlanded shrine.
