A photograph inside a temple shrine niche lit by a glowing orange border of lights. A bare-chested man in orange-saffron dhoti with gold-bordered cloth bends forward at a golden shrine holding a deity murti, with pink flowers on a tray before it and a brass lamp to the side. A second person in orange dhoti with gold chain and garland stands at left with hands folded, observing. Clothing is orange-saffron with gold borders; a white floral garland hangs on the archway. Appears to be a puja or darshan moment.

The man on the right, seen from behind with bare shoulders and a saffron dhoti with gold borders, bends toward a gilded altar holding pink flowers, silver bowls and a gold ornamental piece. The man on the left wears an orange wrap with gold bands, a gold necklace, a rudraksha-bead armlet and a beaded headband, and stands with hands clasped, watching. A white cloth lies on the stone counter, and a patterned mat covers the floor. The scene reads as a temple puja.2012-05-13 +2 copiesTwo men in orange-red dhoti-style garments with gold borders stand before a gold-framed shrine niche lit by an orange glowing arch of lights. The man on the left, wearing a gold-bead garland and a beaded head band, looks toward the other man, who is bare-chested with a gold necklace and head band and is tending the shrine's small gold deity murti with pink flowers on a silver tray. Silver vessels, a brass oil lamp and pink flower offerings sit on the stone ledge. The figures show no clear cues for a person, so they are described by role. The shaved-headed man's ornaments are not distinctive enough to establish identity.2012-05-12May 14 20122012-05-14 +1 copiesPhotograph of a temple shrine niche lit by a glowing orange LED arch.
