A photograph of an unfinished interior room with pale pink walls, a dark concrete plinth along the base, and two large mounds of loose brown earth in the foreground. Two men crouch low near the wall: the man on the left wears a light blue collared shirt and green-grey trousers, and the man on the right wears an orange-and-white striped shirt and grey trousers with bare feet. They appear to be working at the floor and cables. A grey hand tool with a yellow handle rests at the right edge. Black cables run along the floor. No deity, ritual or ceremony is visible.

Four workers stand and crouch in the room: a man in a yellow shirt and brown trousers holds a trowel, another in a yellow shirt and jeans stands at left, a man in a grey cap and grey-headed wrap works in the background, and a young man in a teal top and grey shorts holds a small object. Sand is heaped on the floor in the foreground, with cement sacks, trowels and black cables nearby. No a person candidate is visible.2009-12-15A construction site at a rural ashram setting with bare red-brown earth. A worker in a white shirt and grey trousers, leaning forward with a shovel, scoops soil from a trench. A second man in a blue plaid shirt, grey trousers and a white head cloth stands watching beside him. Rusted rebar rods rise from the foundation, trees and a yellow excavator sit in the background, and a hose lies across the ground. Neither man is clearly identifiable as a person.2006-12-12Photograph of a ritual at night in which a figure in orange robes with long dark wavy hair sits cross-legged on a mat, holding a large round grey stone or mortar dish and pouring or applying a wet grey paste into a square pit or foundation in the concrete floor. The paste is glistening and wet. Beside him, to the left, a man in white dhoti and white shirt with an orange cloth over his shoulder leans forward with his hands pressed toward the wet mud. Behind them, another person in white clothing stands with cupped hands, and a hand from a further figure reaches in from the right. The background is a plain stone wall. Scene suggests a sanctum consecration preparation, with the mud-filled square as the central focus.2006-12-11December 17 20092009-12-17 +1 copiesOctober 06 20062006-10-06May 10th 20162016-05-10December 09 20092009-12-09Two men in white dhoti-style clothing with red-edged borders kneel on bare dirt ground, handling a heap of moist brown cow dung with their hands. One man on the left wears an orange cloth draped over his shoulder and a gold bracelet. The man on the right wears a white shirt with red trim and a brown beaded mala around his neck. A terracotta-coloured bowl sits in the lower right foreground, and dry straw strands are scattered nearby.
