Volunteers in white clothes, many women in white saris and men in white shirts, stand behind a long metal serving counter lined with rows of plates, serving food to devotees who hold paper plates. Many attendees wear coloured saris in pink, green, red and blue. Cars and a white van are parked along the wall at the back, and a roadside banner is visible at upper right. The crowd fills the street and the volunteers' white attire stands out against the mixed colours of the visitors.2009-01-26July 30 20062006-07-30Photo 82858282006-01-01 +1 copiesFebruary 14 2009 -Kalpataru Convention at Chennai Tamilnadu2009-02-14October 01 20062006-10-01July 28 20062006-07-28A long covered outdoor line of devotees, mostly women in white sarees with gold borders and men in white or light shirts, waits under a corrugated metal roof on a sandy ground.
