Night photograph of a bonfire-style ritual on a dirt ground. A large effigy-like figure built from bamboo poles is engulfed in bright orange flames and billowing smoke, with sparks streaming upward. Behind it, a line of devotees stands watching; several have their hands folded in prayer, and some wear white or light-coloured clothes. A yellow umbrella or canopy and red draped cloth are visible in the background near a small raised platform. A few partial figures and a standing man in white at the right edge complete the scene.
