Night photograph of a illuminated temple chariot (ratha) in a procession, with a tall tiered tower decorated with string lights, garlands and warm lamps, moving along a road lined with multicoloured fairy lights. A smaller lit float with a canopy stands to the left. Dark silhouettes of a crowd fill the foreground. Figures are too small and dim to identify, and the setting appears to be an evening festival procession.
