Outdoors on bare red earth at a construction site, rows of pale grey concrete pedestals or footings are laid out in a dense grid across the foreground. A tall figure in a flowing saffron-orange robe stands at left with long dark hair, gesturing toward the rows while looking down; the robe is orange and the hair is long and loose. Two people in white clothes stand behind, one holding a clipboard. A silver SUV is parked beyond, next to a green flatbed truck, with a bamboo-thatched shelter and a cleared site behind them. A small purple and white emblem appears at upper left.
