A seated figure sits on an ornate gold throne carved with floral scrollwork, flanked by two golden lion heads and draped with a striped tiger-skin cushion. He wears a red-orange robe, a gold crown, layered gold necklaces and a long garland of white and pink flowers, and rests his hands on red cushioned armrests with his bare feet visible. To the left, a man in white dhoti and red shawl stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. Beside the throne stand a golden trident, a ceremonial brass lamp stand and a golden peacock-topped vessel. Behind the throne a gilded wall panel with relief carvings forms the backdrop. Pushpabhishekam and padapuja style honouring is suggested by the flowers and devotee posture. Swamiji (probable) identified by the throne, crown, orange robe and gold jewellery.
