Outdoor procession on a dusty dirt road at a temple-style event ground under a clear blue sky. Crowds of devotees in white dhotis and saris walk alongside orange and red flags on poles. Several colourful multi-coloured canopy umbrellas, one with red, yellow and green panels, shade a moving group in the centre. Saffron-robed figures walk near the front, and a yellow and red decorated pavilion stands at right beside a white building with water tanks. A blue signboard sits at the lower right. A figure in saffron-orange clothing in the centre-right appears to be a sannyasi; no clear appearance-based a person candidate is visible. Several dozen people are visible.
