A grid screenshot from an online video call showing eight participants in a yoga session with hands in anjali mudra. Most sit cross-legged on mats in home rooms, one at top-left on a purple mat before a cabinet with a framed portrait. Top-centre participant wears a black top before a pink wall; another wears a blue wrap; a woman in the middle wears a dark top with a red flame motif and glasses; a participant in the bottom-left tile sits beside a shrine with a framed portrait, statues and a small brass lamp. A portrait is visible on the shrine wall, but no face in the screenshot is clearly identified as a person, and the screen captions show participant names only.
