Behind the lingam, two gilded metal deity murtis sit on a golden pedestal, one crowned with a tall ornate crown and layered gold necklaces, the other wearing a green and red sari and jewelled ornaments. The walls are decorated with dense marigold, jasmine and multicoloured flower garlands in red, yellow, green and white. Fresh leaves and marigolds lie at the base of the lingam, indicating abhishekam worship.2007-01-01
