Outdoor photo of a large Shiva lingam set in a shallow water-filled sunken arena with red tiered steps on the sides. The lingam is draped with flower garlands and a canopy, with a central figure in orange robes standing before it on a flower-decorated platform. Many people wade through the water in white and light clothing, some in saffron, with hands joined toward the lingam. A metal staircase rises on the left and water sprays from the sides. Grey clouds fill the sky and a building with spires stands behind.
