A street procession on a flower-decorated ratha with a golden canopy. On the cart a seated figure in an ornate red-and-gold setting is attended by a standing man in a rust-red dhoti holding a long flagpole with a red flag. Below, a bald man in orange robes and a white-clad attendant walk beside the cart. Police in khaki uniforms and caps hold back crowds, and a man in a light blue shirt gestures with folded hands. Garlands of marigolds cover the chariot, and bells hang from the canopy. Shops and a multi-storey building line the road, with a large banner on a wall.
