A decorated ceremonial float or boat sits on green water beside a brick-walled waterside, framed by blurred leaves in the foreground. The float is draped with striped, multicoloured fabric and bright flower garlands and has a curved canopy with a dome-shaped top. Wooden steps and a raised platform stand beside it, and a few people are visible at the top of the float and along the steps and terrace in the background. Yellow and orange leaves and sunlight create a warm, dappled effect.
