Outdoor procession scene beside a white brick wall with a partly visible street sign. A woman in an orange sari with a matching head covering offers a silver plate of fruit, including an orange, banana and apple, to a deity murti in a gold-roofed palanquin. The palanquin is draped in red and orange marigold garlands, white flowers and pink blossoms, with a peacock feather fan at the side. The murti wears a silver crown and a dark robe. A man in glasses and an orange top stands at left, and a bare-shouldered figure in orange is at the edge, with a blue and white striped cloth nearby.

Outdoor photograph at a street-side procession near a white brick wall with a sign reading 'SPACES TO THE SOUTH'. A man in a grey-green kurta with a rudraksha mala stands at left, watching. Beside him, a figure in saffron-orange robes with a red-and-maroon shawl and a red tilak on the forehead holds a silver tray of oranges toward an ornate golden palanquin draped in marigold and red garlands and white flowers. Behind the palanquin, a deity murti is decorated with garlands, a small crown-like adornment and pink flower strands. A person in green sari fabric is partly visible at right edge. Two saffron-robed figures in orange and red-bordered dhotis and shawls stand at the left; the one nearest the shrine is waving a large white chamara fan with a gold handle over the deity, while the other stands with hands folded. A man in a dark brown shirt and sunglasses stands behind the shrine. The palanquin is decorated with red and white flower garlands, peacock feathers and a gold pinnacle, and carries a decorated deity murti dressed in red and gold silk. A younger man in orange robes with arms folded stands watching, and an older man in a brown shirt and sunglasses stands behind the palanquin. Such ritual sprinkling is consistent with abhishekam or puja performed before a procession.2008-10-15A figure in an orange-saffron robe and matching orange head covering leans forward over a deity murti seated on a gold-framed throne canopy.
