Several men in orange and saffron robes with shaved heads and tripundra markings stand on a red carpet near the car, some wearing rudraksha malas. Men in white shirts and dhotis and women in saris line the route, and a brass plate is held at the lower left. Green mango-leaf festoons hang overhead and a metal railing with golden finials runs along the left edge. The people in orange are sannyasi-attired devotees; the central white-clad man is a devotee greeting them.

Night photograph of a crowd pressing around a dark SUV with the word NITHYANANDAM printed in white capitals across its windscreen, headlights on. Uniformed police officers in khaki and dark caps hold back the throng, one gesturing with an outstretched arm. Night street scene in a village lane lit by string lights and a decorated banana-leaf archway with red and green garlands. A figure in an orange-red saffron dhoti and matching turban, with a bare upper body and gold armlets, stands with palms pressed together in namaste near an approaching dark car with its headlights on. Several men in white kurtas and dhotis stand around, one in white shirt and dark bag crossing the frame, and a crowd of women in saris of red, green and yellow watch from the right beside a house. A visible banner or sign reads text along the car roof. The figure's appearance matches saffron and ornate cues, so this is a probable identification of a person in person, presented with a welcome-type darshan gesture amid devotees.
