Outdoor relief distribution on a village street in Kuttiyankuppam. A men's truck bed with a blue mesh side is loaded with food. A man in a striped shirt and checked lungi stands on the truck, while another in a green striped shirt and checked lungi reaches down. A woman in a navy and white polo holds a plate of food in the foreground. On the right, a foreign-looking young man in a red polo shirt and white hairnet serves food from a tray with gloved hands. An orange flag flies on a pole behind the truck, and a tiled-roof house with laundry stands nearby.
