Night photo of a sacred fire ritual outdoors. Two standing figures face a blazing fire pit, one in an orange-red robe with long hair and the other in white clothes with a light shawl, extending their arms and holding a long wooden staff. Several seated people in the background and at left watch the fire, and another standing figure in white is at the right edge. Small oil lamps glow in the dark, and the surroundings are unlit.

In the foreground, a young man in white dhoti and shirt with an orange shawl sits cross-legged on the ground, looking down. Behind him, a standing figure wearing a long orange-saffron robe holds a tall staff and gazes ahead, with a small figure in white beside him. Scattered small oil lamps flicker on the dark ground, and a tall blue-white light pole stands at right near a stone wall. Several other seated figures in white are faintly visible in the background. The standing figure in orange shows no clear, distinctive presentation cues such as ornate garments or malas, so identity is uncertain.2006-08-19August 19 20062006-08-19
