Outdoor photo of a ritual bath in shallow water during a procession. A central figure wears a rust-red dhoti and wrap, a gold pendant on a rudraksha mala, and wrings or adjusts long dark hair with both hands while standing waist-deep. Around him, men in white dhotis with gold borders and orange-robed participants stand in the water, several wearing gold chains and rudraksha malas. A man in a camera-holding position films nearby, and a red umbrella, red and yellow flags and a ratha-like canopy appear in the background under a bright sky.

Around him devotees in white dhotis with gold borders, orange and maroon garments, and rudraksha malas wade in the water, some holding hands. A bald man with glasses at left and a camera operator in the background watch. Blue sky, a decorated float and flags appear in the background, and a photographer is visible on the right. The centre man has long dark hair and distinctive gold adornments, but the page does not establish his identity, so this is a devotee-style ritual scene, not a confirmed identification.2016-05-09A photograph of a ceremonial bathing procession in shallow brown water. A central figure in a rust-red robe and a tiered gold-and-bead necklace stands waist-deep with both hands raised to his head, while attendants in white dhotis with gold borders and rust-red wraps surround him. Several men in white and orange-red garments flank the water, one holding a rudraksha mala and another in an orange kurta stands close by. Behind them are red and yellow flags, a red umbrella, a decorated green-and-yellow banner, and a crowd on the bank under a clear sky. The scene appears to be a ritual water immersion or snan.2016-05-09Outdoors in shallow muddy water, a central figure in a deep red-maroon robe stands with a long layered gold-bead necklace and a gold pendant, with long dark swept-back hair and gold armbands, hands extended. Around him, men in white dhotis with gold borders, orange and maroon robes, and rudraksha malas wade and gather close, some reaching out to touch or support him, as a crowd watches from the bank under a bright sky with a decorated ratha-style float at the right edge, consistent with a river bathing procession. Several people in the background hold up cameras. Hair, robes and ornament details suggest a ceremonial bathing rite. Individual visible cues: long swept-back hair, gold necklace, maroon robe, and rudraksha malas on several attendants.2016-05-09A crowd of devotees stands waist-deep in a shallow river or flooded channel during a procession-like ritual.
