Behind it on a steel tray sits a small steel cup and a folded brown cloth. A blurred figure in white clothing stands at the right edge, partly cut off. The floor is red-brown and the light falls from the left, leaving the top of the rice in shadow.2006-10-29 +1 copiesThree large stainless steel pots of food are set on a concrete floor in a plain room with a barred metal door behind them. The left pot holds a mixed savoury dish with green chilli pieces and chickpea-like legumes, the centre pot holds yellow rice with peas and vegetables, and the right pot holds white puffed grain with red spice. Steel ladles rest in each pot. A yellow electric device with bells sits on the left. A partly visible person in white clothing stands at the far right edge. Event context suggests Navaratri annadan, but the image itself shows only food service.2007-10-16Annadhan in 20132013-01-01 +1 copiesNovember 27 20122012-11-27January 06 20122012-01-06July 01 20162016-07-01November 27 20122012-11-27Close photograph of a steel vessel filled with a pale yellow, coarsely textured cooked food. A gold-coloured plate edge appears at the left, and an orange cloth is visible below. The ground is grey concrete. The setting suggests a temple offering being prepared or distributed.2007-09-24Annadhan in 20142014-01-01 +1 copiesJuly 03 20172017-07-03
