A stage event with a figure in orange robes seated on an ornate gold-and-red throne with a small canopy at upper left, surrounded by scattered pink, red, green and yellow balloons and a potted palm. In the foreground on the floor, a row of people sits on white plastic chairs, several in white and orange clothing with orange shawls; one standing-speaking figure in orange holds a microphone. A shaved-headed person in orange sits cross-legged on a patterned mat at lower right. Rose petals are strewn on the floor, and tall woven banners with elephant motifs hang at the top corners. The throne figure's appearance is not clear enough to confirm identity.
