A close-up photograph of a hand. The printed image shows a large group of people gathered outdoors near a building with a pointed roof, its figures too small and faded to pick out individual roles or clothing. Only the hand and the printed photo are clearly visible in the foreground, with a dark blurred background. The printed photo is held up to the camera, so the people in it are depictions, not physical people in this scene.

He wears a rust-red shawl and a small clip-on microphone. Several more printed photographs are fanned in his left hand, and the blurred background shows warm golden and orange tones. Appearance cues are consistent with a person, but identity is uncertain from appearance alone.
