The scene resembles a ceremonial setting, with the gilded staff as the focal object.2010-09-19Close-up photograph of a gold-coloured ceremonial staff held in a person's hand against a dark blurred background. The staff has a tiered, ribbed body with bulbous rings and a flame-like or pointed finial at the top, resembling a ritual sceptre or ceremonial mace. The hand wears a gold bangle, and the sleeve of a red garment with gold embroidery is visible at the lower right, along with a pale ribbon or cloth passing across the frame. Only the hand and arm are visible, so no face or identity can be determined and no one is clearly recognisable as a person.2011-01-23March 07 20202020-03-07 +1 copiesMarch 01 20202020-03-01 +2 copiesMay 27 20202020-05-27A close photograph of a figure in flowing saffron-orange robes holding an ornate gold ritual object with a tall pointed finial and a bulbous, engraved body.
