Outdoor relief work on bare, muddy ground beneath palm trees. Several men in saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas work together; several wear pale green surgical-style caps. One orange-robed man sits on an orange plastic chair holding a white rod or stick and looks down. Another orange-robed man stands at right in a wrap with a bare shoulder, gesturing and speaking. Piles of folded colourful cloth and rolled bedding lie on the ground at left, with a cardboard box and a white-shirted helper bending over them. A parked white car, a steel table with a maroon bundle, and stacked metal plates appear in the background.
