A street procession moves along a dusty path lined with palm trees and a low concrete wall. Many drummers in matching purple polo shirts with a swoosh logo and white ID badges beat hand drums. Men in white shirts and saffron-orange shawls walk among them, and several carry tall decorated umbrellas in orange, red and multicolour patterns. A ceremonial staff topped with a metal trident-like finial rises at left, and orange flags flutter above. White balloons are held aloft in the crowd. The sky is bright and hazy.
