Night outdoor gathering on bare red earth in front of a low wall with white and maroon vertical stripes and dark foliage behind. A seated figure in long flowing orange robes sits on a raised white-draped platform on the left, with a red cloth and orange cushion below. Around them, a group of roughly twenty-five people sit on the ground in white and orange clothing, many in orange shawls or wraps, with some wearing white dhotis and kurtas. Several figures listen attentively, one at right appears to be taking notes, and sandals rest on the ground at lower left. Dim artificial light illuminates the scene.
