Outdoors under palm trees and blue sky, a tall white flagpole rises from a crowd. A red umbrella with blue and gold borders and tassels is held aloft. A priest in orange-red robes with a red head-wrap and white flower garland pulls on yellow ropes that raise an orange flag and a cord strung with orange-and-white triangular pennants. A bald man in a white-marked forehead and orange garment shouts at left, and devotees in white shirts watch below. Orange-and-white flags with a circular emblem hang along the palms.
