Outdoor satsang or ritual gathering under a white canopy strung with multicoloured bunting and orange poles. In the foreground, a long row of metal tables holds brass lamps and offering plates, with seated devotees on the ground behind them. Several men in white dhotis, some bare-chested with sacred threads, stand holding tall ornate brass lamps and palm-leaf stems. A tall man in saffron-orange cloth stands near the centre. A cameraman with a video camera on a jib-style rig films the proceedings at right.
