A photograph of a padapuja ritual in a small whitewashed room with a blue and yellow striped mat on the floor. A man with long dark hair sits centrally on a white-draped seat, hands pressed together in namaste, wearing an orange robe with a magenta-and-gold shawl and a white garland of flowers. A woman in a cream sari with a dark border kneels before him, placing her hands near his feet as part of the worship. Seated on the mat in front are an orange-robed man with a silver tray, a younger man in white with a yellow shawl, and a woman in a purple blouse and cream sari sits on a chair at left with palms joined. Offerings on the floor include bananas, apples, oranges, a bowl of rice, silver vessels and a plate of sweets, plus a red-and-white box. A sun-like wall decoration and a small emblem appear at upper left.
