Photo taken from below of a tall copper-clad ceremonial flagstaff topped with an orange and yellow banner, rising against a clear blue sky beside a coconut palm. The lower base of the staff is wrapped with white and red-tipped garland strands, palm fronds and grass tufts. In the lower right, a bearded man with long dark hair, wearing a rust-orange cloth and a long white garland with red flowers, raises one arm high toward the staff, while another man in a dark garment stands behind him with his arm raised. The scene suggests a festival flag-raising procession with a palanquin-like wooden base.
