The shrine is hung with yellow marigold garlands and pink flowers, and carved with a small arched niche. He holds a bundle of yellow flowers in his right hand and looks down toward the shrine, apparently offering flowers in worship. Palm trees and green foliage fill the background. The man is a person in a ritual flower offering rather than an identified figure; he has long, swept-back hair, which, together with the saffron clothing and rudraksha beads, gives a probable appearance-based match in this context.2014-10-05A photograph of an outdoor temple scene with a large ornately carved wooden or stone pedestal-shaped shrine, draped with yellow and red marigold garlands.
