Indoor photograph of a bright, wood-panelled room with a large pale marble-topped desk in the foreground and an empty cream leather chair. A man in a maroon-and-gold dhoti and a wide white garland with gold ornaments stands behind the desk, smiling with hands folded at the side. To the left, a man in a white shirt and white dhoti holds a flower tray and gestures in greeting, a young man in a grey shirt stands with palms pressed together, and a bald priest in a saffron-red dhoti with rudraksha mala and sandalwood tilak holds a brass plate. On the right, a woman in a white sari with a maroon blouse stands with palms joined. Several people in front of the desk show ritual honour, which suggests a welcome.

In the centre, a smiling man in a rust-brown saffron-toned dhoti and shawl walks forward wearing a long garland of red and white flowers and a gold pendant, with a bare-chested devotee behind him in orange cloth. A man in a white kurta with a rudraksha-style necklace walks to the left, and a blurred man in white is at the right edge. Several monks in orange robes stand in the background. The centre figure shows a person presence through the flower garland, gold pendant and ornate saffron attire, but appearance is not certain enough to confirm.2014-06-21June 28 20142014-06-28Photo 11725464Photo 11737124August 24 20132013-08-24Photo 11735973A bare-shouldered man with swept-back hair and a brown-gold shawl draped over one shoulder stands at right, wearing red flower garlands and a gold bead necklace, and raises his hand in blessing toward a line of devotees. Several men in white shirts and white dhotis bow with folded palms, and a boy in a white t-shirt leans forward to receive the blessing. A woman in white stands at far right. The hall has red curtains, white walls, and a framed deity image at the back. Wearing distinctive adornments and a bare upper body, the central figure matches the page's a person reference, a probable identification from appearance cues rather than a certainty. The scene suggests darshan.2013-10-16Photo 11744450 +1 copies
