Close photo of a hand held over a brass aarti plate with a bright open flame, the palm angled toward the fire. The wrist wears a gold bangle with a carved ornamental design, and a brown-orange sleeve or fabric edge is visible at the lower right. Smoke rises at the top right. No faces are visible and no identity can be established from this view, so the person is described by role only as a ritual participant performing aarti or a fire offering.
