Several women wear hair in buns and some have forehead markings; a white-clad attendant stands at the left, and a red curtain and white board hang on the back wall. The women appear to be performing an offering or annadan-style serving ritual before the food.2013-05-20May 25 20132013-05-25September 13 20142014-09-13A photograph of a large group of women in orange and saffron saris with red borders and rudraksha malas, standing in a hall during a ritual. Several hold small balls of food, apparently pinda offerings, while others pour or raise items; banana-leaf plates with food and small cups sit on the floor in the foreground. Red curtains, framed photographs and a wall screen are in the background.2016-08-02Annadhan in 20132013-01-01 +1 copiesJuly 11 20132013-07-11A group of women in rust-orange and saffron saris stands close together under a white tent canopy, several handing food and offerings to one another. The foreground woman on the left wears orange with a dark bun; in the centre a woman in rust and gold holds a small handful of yellow food while another woman takes it from her palm; on the right a smiling woman in deep orange with rudraksha malas and glasses lifts food toward her mouth. Golden and red bunting and a gold-framed structure appear behind them. No readable printed text is visible, and no a person candidate is clearly present.2016-12-18
