Outdoor photograph of a long line of women and men standing on a bare, sandy construction site beneath tall green trees and a cloudy sky. The women wear colourful saris in pink, green, blue, yellow and orange, and the men wear white shirts and dark trousers. On the right edge, a large framed portrait on a stand shows a man with dark hair, but it is a printed photograph, not a physical person. Sandbags, scattered stones, an excavator and a multi-storey building are visible in the background.
