Outdoor procession at a youth day celebration on a dirt ground under a blue sky. In the foreground a smiling man in a white polo shirt with a purple lanyard and beaded mala holds a silver torch with a flame, and a second man in white with a red tilak holds a sign. Behind them many people in white kurtas carry saffron-orange flags bearing a black circular emblem, and a pink banner is visible. A sign printed with a portrait labelled as the Youth Day programme lists games, cultural programmes and a mega parade. No figure with distinctive a person cues is clearly visible, so the identity is uncertain.
