A woman in an orange-red robe with a long dark braid and a patterned shawl carries a brass vessel in both hands at the center. Beside her a bald man in a white dhoti and white shirt with a red shawl walks, and a young boy in orange robes holds a trident-topped staff. Women in white saris and a woman in pink stand at the left with torches and staffs, and a man in white holds a flaming trident at the right edge. The scene suggests a ritual torch procession, with the saffron-clad participants and flaming tridents giving a religious feel.2010-11-19
