A seated figure in a rust-red turban, rust-red and orange robes, a red and turquoise beaded mala and a gold necklace raises a hand to touch the forehead of a standing man in white dhoti and shirt with a white headband, a red shawl and a white flower in his hair. Behind them, devotees in maroon and orange cloth stand near a golden ornate chair and a small golden figure. The seated figure has long-established cues of a sannyasi with distinctive ornate adornments, so the appearance label is a person seated in a blessing gesture; the standing man receives blessing. Roughly six to eight people are visible.2015-08-09July 17 20162016-07-17 +1 copiesA seated figure in orange-saffron robes and a matching orange turban with a gold-trimmed edge touches the forehead of a man in a white kurta and white dhoti-style clothing who kneels before him. The seated figure wears long rudraksha-style beaded malas, gold bangles on the upper arm and wrist, and a red tilak, and smiles while holding an open printed booklet with a photograph on its cover. Behind them, a gilded golden throne or altar backdrop and an orange cloth are visible. The kneeling man wears glasses and red and gold wrist threads. This appears to be a padapuja-style blessing with personal touch.2011-12-10
