Night photograph at an outdoor registration or check-in table under strings of fairy lights and two tall tube lights on wooden poles. Several people in white clothing stand and sit around a long table draped in red and gold cloth. A woman in a white sari with a grey-striped border leans over the table writing on a paper. Nearby, a woman in a cream sari with a red border stands beside a seated woman in an orange-red sari and gold necklace. A man in a checked shirt, a man in a white shirt and dhoti, and several other people in white or light clothing crowd the area. The scene is ordinary ashram event logistics, with no visible ritual activity or a person present.
