A wide photograph of a dusty construction site under a pale sky. In the foreground, a rectangular concrete foundation outline sits among heaps of red-brown earth and grey gravel. A dirt track runs across the middle ground toward a line of parked vehicles, including a tractor or truck with a loaded bed. Beyond, a large crowd of people in white clothing is seated in orderly rows along a cleared area, with a few white single-storey buildings, green trees, a palm and rocky hills on the horizon.
