Photograph of a building under construction: a red block-walled structure with a yellow steel arched roof truss frame, partly covered by green corrugated metal sheeting at left. Several workers are visible: one in a pink turban and white clothes stands on a ledge at left, another in a pink turban and light shirt stands in the foreground, and a worker in a white shirt works in the doorway at right. Latticed wooden window screens are set in the red walls and a blue sky with clouds and trees forms the backdrop.
