Outdoor photo on a bright red mat at a crowded event. In the centre, a man in a dark blazer, teal tie and glasses holds a clipboard with a red-and-gold seal and gestures while speaking. A man in a white shirt and a gold-yellow turban stands at right, holding a pen and paper. Another man in a white shirt and gold turban stands at left. Foreground figures wear red head wraps, including a woman with long dreadlocked hair in a rust-orange top. This looks like an official record-verification scene.
