Outdoor photograph of a mallakhamba (pole yoga) demonstration on a paved courtyard. At left, an ornate gold-painted canopy structure and a gold-coloured throne-like seat stand on a red-draped platform with blue mats. Several performers in red and maroon clothing and a bare-chested man in white shorts work near tall wooden poles and striped cloths. On the right, a row of people in orange robes stands beside a blue mat and a horizontal pole apparatus. A man in a dark suit holds a paper and walks across the courtyard. Cars are parked behind a scaffold holding speakers, and a backdrop screen stands nearby. No identifiable a person figure is clearly visible.

Several vertical wooden poles stand upright on blue crash mats. Behind them is a raised red-draped platform with a gold-coloured ornate throne-like seat and a figure seated in orange robes beside an attendant. Golden open-latticed canopy structures and gilded ceremonial carts or chariots frame the platform. Around the mats, roughly a dozen people in orange, red and white dhotis or shorts stand, sit and wait, and a few people in white and red clothing are near the stage. A camera crew with tripods is at the right edge. Parked vehicles and speaker stands surround the area.2017-10-03October 03 20172017-10-03 +1 copiesOctober 03 20172017-10-03 +1 copiesOctober 03 20172017-10-03 +1 copiesOutdoor photo of a mallakhamba pole yoga rehearsal on a paved courtyard.
