Outdoor relief distribution at night under a dark tiled roof. A man in a checked shirt and moustache stands on a green wooden crate stack, reaching down toward a crowd. A young boy in a grey shirt and green head covering handles items at right, and a woman in an orange-and-white patterned sari with a green head covering sits in the crate. Many people press in from the left and bottom, and a white wall with blue lettering is behind. A large orange banner at bottom right shows a portrait of a man in an orange turban with a red mark on the forehead, with Tamil script beside it.
